HDSA’s Team Hope 5K Walk/Run –
2010 edition will be hosted by South Florida’s beautiful and scenic Boca Raton. 
To honor all friends and families enduring Huntington’s disease, it will be twilight 5K with commemorative lights. 

Registration fees waived for participants raising $75 or starting a TEAM HOPE TEAM! 
If not, early registration fee is $25 and “Day of” registration fee is $35.

Also, for every $75 a runner/walker raises, he or she will receive a complimentary raffle ticket(s). 

Raffle items to include various event and travel tickets, gift certificates,
artwork and many more surprises.
 
The more $$ you raise, the more you can win!

So let’s make an evening of it!  Last minute registrants can sign up on-site at 6:00pm. 
5K begins at 7:00pm. 
Post-5K celebration begins at 8:00pm. 
Stay for live music, food, drinks and new friends.

What: A 5k Competitive Race followed by a half mile Children's Race (for 5th graders and under) and a 2-mile community walk. There will be food, a raffle, live music and lots of fun!  
Who: We are four friends from Guilderland High School who decided we want to make a difference even if it's in our own small way. We are working in cooperation with Guilderland Key Club and Town of Guilderland Parks and Recreation.  
Prizes and Awards: There will be ribbons handed out to all of the runners in the Children's half-mile race. The winning man and winning woman in the 5k race will each receive a prize and a medal. The top man and woman from each age group will receive a medal. 
Age groups: 
Children's Race: 5th grade and under
5k Race: Middle/High Schoolers, 18-29, 30-54, 55 and over

8:30am-9:00am- Runners arrive and receive bibs
9:00am- 5K race
9:45am- Children's Race (Half mile course- 5th graders and under)
10:15am- Start of Community 2-mile Walk
11:30am- Food, music, raffle and awards
1:00pm- End of event
