SUPPORT GROUPS
The support group customarily breaks into 3 groups, for Affected Persons, for those at Risk, and for Caregivers & Family & Friends. The groups offer an opportunity to explore feelings and concerns, share ideas, and receive support from our HD community.
ORANGE COUNTY SUPPORT GROUP
2013 Schedule
This group meets monthly on the second Sunday of the month. The meetings offer a safe place to share feelings, a way to learn coping skills and information/education on various topics. All of our activities are designed to help you master the challenges of Huntington’s disease.
The group is designed to meet the needs of affected individuals, at risk individuals and caregivers, family and friends. Customarily, the group meets all together and then breaks into three separate groups for the affected, at risk and caregivers.
