Due to overwhelming demand, we have exceeded the room capacity at the Red Rock Resort for our 27th Annual Convention.
HDSA has secured a block of rooms at The Suncoast Hotel - Las Vegas. You can make your room reservation directly with The Suncoast Hotel by calling 866-636-7111 or online at http://www.suncoastcasino.com/groups

A $5 resort fee will be assessed per room per day to cover self-parking, 24 hour fitness center, coffee brewers, in-room safe and refrigerator, strip and airport shuttle service, etc.
The cut off date for room reservations is May 21st.
Please note that the Suncoast Hotel is about 3 miles from the Red Rock Resort. Onsite parking is free. Also, taxis will be available for hire.
For your convenience, the Suncoast offers complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport 7 days a week. These shuttles are for use by hotel guests only. If you plan to use the airport shuttle, you must contact their Front Desk staff 48 hours prior to arrival by calling them toll-free at 1-877-677-7111. The airport pick up location is one floor below baggage claim at Level 0 in the outside parking between spaces 15 through 21. The shuttle is white and beige with a Coast Casinos logo.
The Red Rock Resort, site of the 2012 National Convention.is located 20 minutes from McCarran International Airport.
HDSA attendees are able to enjoy a room rate of $120 +tax per night (rate is valid for accommodations from June 5, 2012- June 13, 2012) . Rate is available for single, double, tripple and quad occupancy. As a courtesy to our attendees the local resort fee will be waived. Hotel accommodations must be booked no later than May 14, 2012 in order to secure your rate while rooms last.

Please Note:
One (1) night room & tax will be held as a deposit at the time of booking. Upon arrival a credit card will be requested and authorized for room, tax, & $100 per day for incidentals. At the time of check out/departure the deposit will be credited toward the final bill and the remaining balance will be charged; any left over authorization will be released back onto the card used at the time of check in.
Red Rock Resort also offers complementary self and valet parking.
