Cancellation Policy:
1. Convention registration cancellations received before May 14, 2010 will be refunded in full.
2. Convention registration cancellations received on or after May 14, 2010, but before Jue 4, 2010 we be entitled to a 50% refund
3. Convention registration cencellations received on or after June 4, 2010 are non-refundable.
4. All cancellations must be submitted in writing by fax to 212-239-3430 or by mail to 2010 Convention c/o HDSA, 505 Eighth Avenue, Suite 902, New York, NY 10018 attn: Robert Coffey.
Registration Policy:
Registration for Convention does not ensure a room reservation at the Hilton North Raleigh. You must make your room reservation separately with the hotel by calling 919-872-2323. (Mention that you are attending the Huntington's Disease Society of America's Convention, the COnvention dates and group code HDS).
Confirmation:
Registrants will receive a confirmation letter and a packet of COnvention information after their registration and payment have been processed.
Hotel Rates and Address:
The rate for a single, double, triple or quad room is $115 plus taxes at the Hilton North Raliegh. Book by May 30, 2010 in order to receive this special doiscounted rate.
