HDSA attendees are able to enjoy a room rate of $129 +tax per night (rate is valid for accommodations from June 17, 2013- June 24, 2013)  . Rate is available for single, double, tripple and quad occupancy. Hotel accommodations must be booked no later than May 14, 2013 in order to secure your rate while rooms last.

One (1) night room & tax will be held as a deposit at the time of booking.  Upon arrival a credit card will be requested and authorized for room, tax, & $100 per day for incidentals.  At the time of check out/departure the deposit will be credited toward the final bill and the remaining balance will be charged;  any left over authorization will be released back onto the card used at the time of check in.
