Inaugural HDSA Advocacy Video Contest and the winner is….
We wish to congratulate Kathleen Samulski, from Dearborn, MI, for her winning video. Thank you, Kathleen, for all the ways you speak out for Huntington’s disease, and the Huntington’s Disease Parity Act (S 648/H.R. 718)!
Here is what Kathleen had to say about her video:
This minute-long video was a labor of love—love for my family and the HD community. I took this opportunity to clarify the simplicity of the HD Parity Act and its importance to our HD community. I hope my video inspires viewers to reach out to their US Senators and Representative. Thank you, HDSA, for recognizing my video and for your kind generosity.
You can meet Kathleen at the HDSA 27th Annual Convention in Las Vegas, NV.
