If you are affected by the chorea associated with Huntington's Disease and are interested in ordering Xenazine, please discuss this therapy option with your Doctor. Xenazine is ONLY available through Ovation Pharmaceutical's specialty pharmacy network. You cannot obtain it at your local pharmacy.
Outlined below are the steps to to take to begin receiving Xenazine
1. Discuss Xenazine with your Doctor to determine if it is the right option for you.
2. If so, your Doctor will contact the Xenazine Information Center at 1-888-882-6013 to request a Treatment Form.
3. After completing the Treatment Form, your Doctor will return it to the Information Center where the staff will review the information.
4. If financial assistance is needed, depending on your insurance situation, the form will be forwarded on to the Patient Assistance Program, whose staff will contact you regarding their assistance options.
5. Once cleared, a prescription for Xenazine is then forwarded to the Xenazine pharmacy, which will prepare the drug for mail delivery.
