Help Us Help Huntington’s Disease Patients and Their Families

The 7th annual Hearts for Huntington’s Dinner Dance will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2014.  All proceeds support HDSA’s fight to improve the lives of people affected by HD and their families.

We are asking if you would be kind enough to make a donation to our silent auction, raffle or our unique Candy Bar Raffle.  For your donation, you would be recognized in our program and our quarterly newsletter.  If you would like more information regarding our sponsorship opportunities of if you have further questions, please feel free to contact us directly at 847-975-2403..

Huntington’s Disease (HD) is a devastating, hereditary, degenerative brain disorder that results in a loss of cognitive, behaviorial and physical control, and for which, presently, there is no cure and only one FDA-approved treatment for a symptom of HD.  To learn more about the Huntington’s Disease Society in Illinois, please visit our website at: www.hdsa.org/il.

Thank you in advance for your help and support in finding a treatment and cure for this devastating disease.

Warm regards,
