The Huntington's Disease Society of America invites you to attend Corks and Forks - a premier fundraising wine and food event sponsored by Empire Wine and Liquor Outlet along with The Albany Society for the Advancement of Philanthropy. The exclusive 677 Prime in Albany will be the setting for the evening. Attendees will enjoy an amazing selection of over 100 fine wines and delectable hors d'oeuvres and will have the opportunity to bid on fantastic silent auction items.
