HDSA Wisconsin Re-Prom 2013: A Celebration of Hope Masquerade
Saturday March 2nd 2013

Location:
MONONA TERRACE COMMUNITY AND CONVENTION CENTER
One John Nolen Drive
Madison, WI 53703
Join us for the second annual HDSA Wisconsin Re-Prom to raise money for Huntington's Disease, a fatal neurological disease for which there is currently NO CURE. This year's event, which will include plated dinner and drinks, Prom style dancing and events and silent auction will be held on Saturday, March 2nd, 2013.
Our Celebration of Hope is a Re-Prom event, allowing guests to relive (or redo!) their high school prom. For 2013 our theme is "Masquerade" to keep you anonymous from any prom night debaucheries. So pick out your favorite gown, exchange the corsage and boutonnière, find a fancy mask, have your parents take some photos beforehand and meet us at the Monona Terrace for an evening to remember!
The event is sure to draw a crowd to Madison's Monona Terrace while we honor those in the community who have done extraordinary things in the battle to raise money and awareness for this disease.
This year we are proud to honor our Prom King and Prom Queen:
• Patrick Blessing, former HDSA – Wisconsin President and Kathy’s House volunteer
• Sarah Carlson, Channel 3 News and Spokesperson for Lily’s Fund for Epilepsy Research
Tickets are $70 per person (includes dinner, drinks, and dancing)
