Don Barr of Cleveland, Ohio has been active in HDSA for over ten years, first as the local chapter president for four years, where he also chaired their support group. He served national as co-chair of the Development Committee, chair of the Strategic Planning Task Force; vice-chair of the board and part of the search committee for the CEO. Don is also very active in the Society's National Youth Alliance (NYA).  Don's father and sister both died from Huntington's disease and his desire is to do all that he can to help families who suffer. He is president of Donald L. Barr & Co. which develops and builds homes in Northeast Ohio. Don currently serves as a life director of the National, State and Local Home Builders Associations in Cleveland, Ohio.
